桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠免疫调节作用的影响 被引量:18

摘要 探讨桦褐孔菌粗多糖对正常小鼠和低免疫力小鼠免疫功能的影响。依据各实验具体分组进行试验观察该实验材料对小鼠免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏、肝脏)、炭粒廓清指率和和血清溶血素含量的影响。桦褐孔菌多糖可显著提高小鼠免疫器官指数、吞噬指数和血清溶血素含量。结论:桦褐孔菌多糖有提高免疫功能的作用。 To study the effects of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide on the immunity activity of the abnormal and immunosuppression mice. Mice were randomly divived in to different groups depending on different experiments to investigate the inonotus obliquus effects on immunity organ, the clearance rate of charcoal partivles and the level of serum hemolysin of each group. It was found that Inonotus Obliquus obviously increased the index of im- munity organs,the clearance rate of charcoal partivles and the level of serum hemolysin. Conclusion: Inonotus Obliquus has effects on increasing the immunity.
