学分制下本科生满意度状况调查及分析——以东北财经大学为例 被引量:5

摘要 在高等教育大众化背景下,学分制已成为中国高校教学教育改革发展的主流趋势。以东北财经大学为例,对学分制下本科生选择教师和选择课程的标准以及对学分制的满意度状况进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明,"兴趣"是学生选择选修课的最主要影响因素,教师的"个人风格"是学生选择授课教师时最为关注的因素;学生对学校课程设置及授课教师的总体满意度分别处于"一般"区间和"比较满意"区间。最后针对高校学分制实施过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策及建议。 In the background of higher education popularization, credit system has become the main trend of Chinas higher education reform and development. The paper conducts a questionnaire survey in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics on the standard of students in choosing teachers and courses and their satisfaction on the credit system. The survey results indicate that interest is the most important factor to the students in choosing elective courses, and that Personal Style is the factor of most concern for students to choose teachers. Overall satisfaction of students to teachers and to the school curriculum locates in the ordinary interval and the satisfactory interval respectively. Finally countermeasures and suggestions are raised against issues occurred during the implementation of the credit system in higher education.
