摘要
对采用铜和铝作为导电板的直线感应电机的功率和效率曲线分别进行了计算,并用牵引力标准和最大效率标准分别对这两种直线电机的能耗性能优劣进行了对比。根据计算结果分析,在最大效率情况下,二者效率相差不大。为了体现铜导电板的能耗优势,应对其控制系统进行严格的设计,使其滑差率保持在使电机能达到最大效率运行的工作点附近。
This paper calculates the power and efficiency of linear induction motors, in which the reaction plates are normally made with copper or aluminum. Based on the calculation, this paper compares the power consumption of the two kinds of motors via traction and maximum efficiency criteria respectively, arxgues a scrict confrol of power consumption in copper reaction plate will maintain the most effective operation.
