基于语言值的导弹武器规划方案决策方法

Decision Method based on Linguistic Values in Missile Programming Schemes

针对导弹武器规划方案中大量存在的不确定性语言值,给出了一种基于语言值的不确定多属性决策方法,并得到了成功的应用。首先引入有序语言短语集构造权重的语言判断矩阵,通过其导出矩阵求解指标的权重信息。根据专家给出的方案的语言判断矩阵,用EWAA算子对语言评估信息进行集结,得到了各方案的排序。最后给出实例验证了方法的可行性及有效性。

This paper proposed an uncertain multiple attribute decision making （MADM） method based on linguistic values for missile programming schemes decision making in which a great deal of uncertain linguistic values exists, and applied successfully. First, the paper introduced ordered linguistic terms to construct judgment matrix with linguistic assessment information for ＂criteria and got the weight by the educed matrix. Then the decision maker gave the judgment matrix with linguistic assessment information for alternatives, used EWAA operator to aggregate the linguistic assessment information, and got the order of alternatives. Finally. an example is given to explain the feasibility and efficiency of the method.
