摘要
通过对医院临床路径单病种费用控制存在的问题、费用控制的主要影响因素和关键环节的讨论,结合对剖宫产手术、单纯成人肺炎2个病种费用控制影响因素的分析,探讨通过临床路径控制医疗费用的控制策略,为医疗机构及政府相关部门提供参考。
By discussing the problems of expense control for single disease based on clinical pathway, the key factors to expense control of the cesarean section and adults pneumonia disease, and to further discuss how to reduce the medical expenses by clinical pathway, providing statistic reference to the institution of medical and government.
