摘要 针对起重机起升机构在使用中容易出现故障导致作业失控和安全危害,而整个系统的可靠性难以计算的特点,以可靠性理论中的故障树方法为基础,结合模糊理论,推导出模糊概率、系统可靠度的计算公式;结合Access数据库的强大存储能力及便于读取的特点,采用VC++编程语言开发起重机起升机构参数化可靠性计算软件,既可实现不同起重机起升机构的可靠性计算,又可记录不同起重机起升机构的零部件的失效时间,为相关研究提供宝贵的数据源。 While crane hoisting mechanism faults appearing during operation lead to be out of control to the operation and even safe accidents, the reliability of the entire system is considerably difficult to be determined. In response to it, this paper combines fault tree method and fuzzy theory to derive formulas of calculating fuzzy probability and system dependability. Also, a program is developed to calculate the reliability of crane hoisting mechanism using VC ^++ language and Access Database, which can not only be used to work out the reliability of different crane hoisting mechanisms, but also take record of parts' failure time that is helpful for further research.
