摘要
针对DF50/160架桥机,提出了基于有限元法的主梁弦杆型钢的优化选型与多工况下主梁构件区域加强优化有机结合的方法和思路,区域加强优化即优化确定主梁构件加强的区域和加强参数及尺寸。该方法在DF50/160架桥机得到成功实践和应用,同时为移动载荷作用下桁架式起重机梁等类似结构的优化设计计算提供了切实可行的方法。
This paper covers optimization choice of DF50/160 bridge erecting machine girder chord members' sections and local reinforcement optimization, which involves determination of both necessary reinforcement locations and the most economical reinforcement dimensions among main steel members. It provides a practical method of similar crane truss beam optimal design.
