摘要
分析了冲模在机加工、电加工和热处理等加工工艺过程中出现模块变形、应力集中和裂纹等现象,提出了解决模具变形,防止裂纹产生的具体有效措施,对提高模具加工质量、延长模具寿命具有一定的现实意义。
The phenomenon of punching die parts deformation, stress concentration and crack in machinery machining, and heat treatment process are analyzed. Effective measures are put forward to solve the problems of parts deformation and crack. Thus the machining quality and life of punching die can be improved.
