摘要
在对注塑模具生产企业的需求情况和产品特点进行分析的基础上,研究开发了面向注塑模具的CAPP系统。系统充分考虑了注塑模具工艺设计的灵活性和经验继承问题,在开放的系统数据库和知识库的支持下可以完成产品结构管理、工艺设计、工艺管理、用户管理等任务。
Based on the analysis on demands and products＇ characteristics in injection mold enterprises, a CAPP system for injection mold is developed. In this system the flexibility of process planning and the inheritance of experience are fully taken into account. Supported by databases and knowledge bases based on open structure several functions such as product structure management, process planning, process management and user management are achieved. The quality and efficiency of process planning for injection mold will be improved by this CAPP system.
