摘要
通过对黄铜触片的工艺分析,制定了合理的冲压工艺方案,介绍了零件的排样设计和模具总体结构。详细说明了多工位级进模步距公差的控制方法以及模具结构设计要点。实践证明,该模具结构合理、性能可靠,对同类模具设计与制造具有一定的参考价值。
By analyzing the technology of brass contact piece, the reasonable stamping technology scheme was worked out, the layout design of parts and the overall structure of die were introduced, the controlling methods of multi - position progressive die pace tolerance and designing essentials of the die structure were explicated. Practice has proved that the die structure is reasonable and reliable, has reference value to the congener die designing and manufacturing.
