摘要
研究了领料管理系统中存在的各种退料的原因和解决的方法,设计了一种考虑多种退料方式的领料系统架构,开发了一个关联规则的挖掘器,通过对系统所记录的各种退料原因的数据挖掘,得到了设计、工艺、材质存在的缺陷的原因,为提高设计质量、加工质量、节省成本提供了有力的支持。
All the reasons for material returning and corresponding solutions in the material management system have been studied. And one system frame, taking various material returning methods into consideration, has been designed. Also one association rule mining tool has been developed. By mining all material returning reasons recorded in the system, bugs existing in design, craftwork and material can be discovered to provide strong supports for design and machining quality improving and cost saving.
