摘要 首先研究了NURBS曲线实时插补技术及其插补改进算法,提出的改进算法采用动态确定进给步长的方法来求取参数空间上的参数增量,从而保证了在不降低加工速度的情况下进行高精度的安全加工。其次,通过ARM+DSP的主控平台的软硬件设计,克服了当前数控平台的缺陷,实现了系统的实时调度,提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性。最后,在传统PID控制算法的基础上,采用Ziegler-Nichols法整定PID控制参数,并将其应用于嵌入式数控系统的伺服控制部分中,并借助MATLAB/SIMULINK对选取的控制对象进行了仿真和分析。 Fistly, this paper researches on NURBS curve real - time interpolation technology and its interpolation improvement arithmetic. The improved arithmetic has been proposed, in which the dynamic confirmation of the feeding step length is adopted for evaluating the parameter main. Thus, it can achieve in safety machining of high accuracy but not reduce the machining speed. Secondly, the control platform based on ARM + DSP could overcome the defects of current digital control, through the modularized design of hardware and software. Also, it realizes the real - time dispatch and improves the reliability and stability. Lastly, on the basis of traditional PID control arithmetic, this paper adopts Ziegler - Nichols theory to set PID parameters and uses it in embedded CNC system servo control. Also it uses MATLAB/SIMULINK to do simulation and consequent analyses about selected control object
