摘要
在分析活塞外轮廓表面特点及发展趋势的基础上,设计了活塞外轮廓曲面数控车削系统。介绍了活塞数控车削系统软硬件的基本组成及其工作原理。并对镶圈环活塞多刀加工方法和系统的性能进行了详细的介绍。
Based on the analysis on the character and trend of piston ＇ s profile in this paper, a novel numeric controlled system for turning piston＇s profile is designed. The basic structure and working principle of the system＇s software and hardware are introduced. And the method of machining piston with multi - cutter as well as the performance of system is presented in detail.
