摘要
汽车同步器固定齿座多刀工序精车夹具,过去往往采用内花键孔和端面定位,气动夹紧,设计和使用的精车夹具存在定位和夹紧方案的不合理。提出了两种改进方案并进行了分析比较,使该工件在此道工序加工中一次交验合格率达99%以上。
For the design of multi - insert finishing jig for fix toothholder of automobile synchronizer the internal spline hole and the end surface localization as well as the air operated clamped are often used in the past, then the finishing jig designed exists unreasonable location and clamping. This article proposes two kinds of improvement programs and has carried on the analysis on comparison, thus the workpiece is well machined and the qualified rate in this working procedure reaches above 99%.
