电视胸腔镜手术在普胸外科中的应用

Clinical application of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.

目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助手术（VATS）在普胸外科的应用。方法回顾分析62例胸腔镜手术的临床资料。包括：自发性气胸、巨大肺大疱、肺良性肿瘤、急性脓胸、胸外伤等多种胸部疾病。结果手术时间60～180min,全组手术出血〈150ml,均未输血。术后带胸腔引流管时间1～10d。无手术切口感染和手术死亡。术后肺漏气3例,最长在10d后停止。结论电视胸腔镜及电视胸腔镜辅助手术在自发性气胸肺大疱切除、肺良性肿瘤切除的诊断及治疗、胸外伤探查等方面具有创伤小、恢复快,疗效可靠等优点,具有广阔的运用空间。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Video-assisted thoracoseope in Thoracic Surgery. Methods The review analyzed 62 patients with Spontaneous Pneumothorax, giant pulmonary emphysematous cysts, benign pulmonary hamartoma, acute empyema, thopracic trauma treated with video-assisted thoracoseopic surgery were reviewed in our hospital. Results The mean blood loss was less than 150ml .The mean insertion time of chest tubes was 1-10days.There was no surgical site infection or death from operation.3 patients had air leakage,the longest duration was 10 dyas.Conclusion Video-assisted thoraeoseope is a reasonable selection in treating Spontaneous Pneumothorax, giant pulmonary emphysematous cysts, benign pulmonary hamartoma, actue empyema, thoracic trauma. It was less invasive, shorter recovery time and more redible than traditional procedure.
