显微外科手术治疗前交通动脉瘤临床研究

目的探讨显微外科手术治疗前交通动脉瘤的手术方法及疗效。方法总结回顾性分析2003年1月～2008年1月收治的36例前交通动脉瘤患者经翼点入路显微神经外科手术治疗资料。结果术后愈合优良31例,轻残3例,死亡2例。结论显微外科技术能够显著降低前交通动脉瘤手术的致死、致残率,是治疗前交通动脉瘤的有效方法之一。
