The operational principle and process of metal salts removal from titanium dioxide waste acid using CNⅢ type acid fluid desalination purifier are introduced. Industrial application showed that the purifier could effectively separate salt from waste acid, avoiding the plugging of pipe and heat exchanger and increasing concentration factor during sequential acid concentration. The environmental benefit and economic benefit were remarkable.
