摘要
本文采用染料溴麝香草酚蓝与硫酸小诺霉素反应,生成易溶于氯仿的络合物,该络合物在421nm处有最大吸收,线性范围为24.0~48.0μg·ml-1,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.34%(n=4)。此方法简便、灵敏,结果可靠。
Micronomicin sulfate reacts with bromothymol bule forming a soluble complex in chloroform.The maximum absorbance of the solution was at 421nm.The average recovery was 100.0% . RSD was 0.34% ( n =4).This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
