摘要
用正交设计实验法探索了从穿山龙中提取薯蓣皂甙元的方法,讨论了水解过程中酸的类别、酸质量分数及回流时间对提取结果的影响,确定了从穿山龙提取薯蓣皂甙元的适宜工艺条件。
The method of extracting diosgenin from dioscirea nippoica makino is introduced by means of orthogonal test. The effects of kinds and concentration of acid and the reflux time on extracted dioscorea are also discussed. Finally the suitable technological condition extracting diosgenin from Dioscirea nippoica makino is obtained.
