摘要
机械密封失效主要集中在轻烃介质、高温高压以及工况变化比较频繁的设备上。要降低密封维修频次,首先需要对密封选型进行优化,针对使用的具体特点,选用合适的密封;其次,根据工况要求,在确保维修质量的前提下进行优化设计;第三,通过选型优化进一步掌握密封技术和安装要求,最终达到减少维修工作量和降本增效的目的。
Mechanical seal invalidation is mainly found in the equipment that liquid is light hydrocarbon, operation condition is high temperature and high pressure and condition often alter according statistical analysis. For decreasing repair frequencies of the seal, the following measures should be kept in mind: first, seal modal selection must be optimized and right seal should be selected according to use request; second, seal manufactory should optimize the design and enhance the seal's performance; third, repairer should be well up in installation request to aim at decreasing repair amount and increasing the benefit.
