应用乐久牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗迟发性运动障碍临床追踪研究

A study on tardive dyskinesia by Lejiujing therapy

全国１５个协作单位应用沈阳市康复医学研究所提供的乐久牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶（乐久精），使用统一研究记录表格和不自主运动评定量表对８０例精神药物所致的迟发性运动障碍治疗研究。总有效率８６．２５％，痊愈率２３．７５％，显好率３０％，好转率３２．５％，无效率１３．７５％。治疗前后不自主运动评定量表（１～７）项总分和每项因子分的降低均有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１），唇部和口周部疗效较其它部位差，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。未发现明显副作用。

The authors from 15 co oprative centers all over China studied the therapeutic effect of Lejiujing provided by Shenyang Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine on tardive dyskinesia(TD) induced by long time use of neuroleptics in 80 psychiatric patients. All of them were assessed by Abnormal Involuntionary Movement Scale(AIMS).The total effective rate was 86.25%.i.e.23.75% of the patients were cured clinically,30% markedly improved,the others 32.5% improved.The declines of AIMS total scores and subscores were significant ( P <0.001), while the decrease of subscore on lip and perioral movements was the smallest.No adverse effect was observed in this study.
