保证航空武器装备作战效能的关键因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 对当前航空武器装备全寿命周期存在的问题进行了分析,讨论了产生这些问题的相关原因,指出了航空武器装备研制前期顶层策划对项目的"优生优育"具有决定性意义。在研制过程中应当针对型号项目科学合理地制定研制规范和试验大纲,并严格遵照执行,这是保证研制质量的关键;针对部队当前训练使用中存在的问题进行了讨论,指出了由于地面和空中模拟作战训练评估系统不够完善,影响了部队的训练效果。建议进一步落实科技强军措施,加强航空武器装备的全寿命周期配套性研究和系统管理,充分发挥其作战效能。 This paper analyzes problems existing in total life cycle of aero weapon equipmentat at present, discusses the correlation reasons, and points that top planning in prophase of development has decisive significance to ensure the project success. During the developing stage, development standard and test programm should be established in view of model project scientifically and reasonably, and should be implemented strictly, as it is the key of ensuring product development quality. The paper also discusses the problems of training in forces, points that incomplete evaluation system of operational training simulation in air and on the ground can impact the training effect. Finally, the paper thinks that enhancing the research for matching and system management of the total life cycle of aero weapon equipment are also key factors to ensure it giving full play of operation effectivness.
