Realize New Leaps in Dynamical Supply through Technological Innovations and Stabilized Dynamical Supply Guarantee

主要介绍了近年来莱钢动力系统快速发展，动力需求和产能跨越式增加，生产建设严重交叉的情况下，动力部在管理创新、技术升级、循环经济节能等方面主要措施和取得的工作成绩，在研究和应用“四新”技术工作中的新突破以及在动力保供工作中的新跨越。

This paper mainly presents the main measures in aspects such as management innovation, technical upgrade, circular economy and energy-saving taken by the Dynamic Dept. in the cases of fast development of the dynamic supply system in Laigang, leapfrog increase in dynamical demand and productive capacity and heavy overlapping of production and construction in recent years, the obtained achievements, and new breakthroughs in the research and application of the Four-New work as well as new leaps in dynamical supply guarantee.
