摘要
针对氮气供应不足的问题,提出并实施了对制氧机生产中污氮气利用的改造,以提高氮气供应量,降低氧气放散率,满足用户需求,同时将各制氧机配套氮压机进口管道联网,使氮压机运行方式调节上有了很大的灵活性。污氮取出一定量后,对水冷塔冷量的影响,将新安装冷冻机进行冷量补偿。这一改造,实现了很好的经济效益,是污氮气在钢铁企业生产中利用的一种尝试。
In allusion to the problem of short supply of nitrogen gas, the reform of oxygenerators for the utilization of foul nitrogen gas in production was proposed and implemented in order to increase nitrogen gas supply, reduce oxygen emission rate and meet the requirements of users. At the same time, intake pipes for nitrogen presses set for oxygenerators were coupled, making the running manner adjustment of nitrogen presses considerably flexible. After a certain amount of foul was taken out, the impact on the water cooling tower's cooling capacity was compensated with to-be-installed cooling machines.This reform brought about good economic returns and can be usedas an attempt in the production of iron and steel enterprises.
