为解决在生产中经常遇到的合茬难题，提出并顺利实施了在氮气管道上的带气带压开口合茬工作，创造了动力部历史上的第一次，也开创了全国同行业氮气带气带压开口作业的先河，为同行解决与氮气有关的、热线生产中的类似问题，提供可借鉴的技术和实践经验。

In order to solve the often-seen difficult problem of close-up in production, opening and close-up with the load of gas and pressure on the nitrogen gas pipelines were proposed and smoothly implemented, being the first time in the history of the Dynamic Dept. and a forerunner of the same profession nationwide, providing techniques and experience that can be used for reference in settling the similar problems related to nitrogen gas in other enterprises＇ production.
