摘要
通过对菜钢异型坯连铸机中间包进行水模和数模研究,得出不同内型结构条件下,中间包内钢水流场、温度场的分布规律,设计出合理的中间包内型结构,使中间包内钢水流场合理,有利于夹杂物的上浮排除,钢水温度分布均匀,同时提高了中间包的寿命,减少了因中间流温度高造成的停浇,稳定了生产。
Through water model and mathematical simulation researches on shaped blank CCM tundish in Laiwu Steel Group, we have got the law of the distribution of flow field and temperature field of molten steel in different conditions within the internal structure, and designed a rational internal structure of tundish to make the tundish flow field reasonable, conducive to the excluding of floating inclusions, and have a uniform steel temperature distribution, while raising the tundish life, reducing pouring interruptions caused by high temperature of middle flow and making production stable.
