中山大学本科生专业困境研究

A Study of the Major Dilemma of Undergraduate Students in Sun Yat-sen University

本文系统回顾了国内学者关于高校学生专业困境的研究,在理清研究脉络的基础上,从管理心理学的学科视角出发,概括了中山大学本科生专业困境的表现,指出专业困境对个人和学校的危害,并结合学校本身的特点,提出一系列切实可行的应对措施,包括淡化专业意识,构建专业流动平台和创新人才培养模式。

Based on a systematical review of the domestic study, this paper outlines the research agenda for university students＇ major dilemma. From a management psychology perspective, it summarizes the manifestation of the major dilemma of undergraduate students in Sun Yat-sen University, and points out the possible harm it will do to the students and the University. The research implication is put forward after analyzing the traits of the university, including blurring the boundaries of different majors, constructing a major-exchange platform and ex- ploring new patterns for talent development.
