任务驱动法是一种建立在建构主义学习理论基础上的教学方法,它将传授知识为主的传统教学,转变为以解决问题、完成任务为主的多维互动式教学。通过研究工程成本会计课程内容的特点,结合建筑企业成本核算人员需要的实际操作技能,将课程内容按工作过程构建工作任务,使学生通过完成工作任务,达到掌握该门课程教学要求的目的。

The task-driven technique is a teaching method based on Constructivist Learning Theory. It transforms the traditional teaching of conveying knowledge into dynamic interactive teaching of solving problems and finishing tasks. After studying the course of Construction Cost Accounting and the skills that cost accounting staff of construction enterprise need at work, the paper designed the courses on the basis of the working process, so as to help the students finish their learning task and achieve the teaching goal to master the course.
