对福建省部分高校社团调查引发的思考

A Reflection Evoked by the Survey of Some University Associations in Fujian

近年来高校社团蓬勃发展,无论是社团数量还是社团的人数,都呈逐年上升的趋势。高校学生社团是大学生素质拓展的重要阵地,取得了许多成绩,但也存在发展水平不平衡、缺乏物质保障、活动层次偏低、成员的素质不高、社团的继承与发展不够等问题。因此,探究新形势下高校社团建设和发展对策,加强对学生社团的引导和管理,全面推进青年学生的素质教育,是高校共青团当下的重要任务。

In recent years, university organizations have flourished with both the quantity and membership rising yearly. Eniventsity assoeiations are essential for students to develop their potential resume, with lots of achievements. However, there also exist the tbllowing problems： 1. imbalanced levels of development; 2. lacking material guarantee; 3. level of activities on the low sidel 4. the qualities of the members needed to improve; 5. the inadequate advancement and development of the societies, etc. Therefore it＇s an urgent task for Communist Youth League in universities to： 1. explore countermeasures for the construction and development of the associations in new situations; 2. strengthen the guidance and management of student associations; 3. comprehensively promote the education for an all-around development of young students.
