The Mechanism of the Ideological and Political Education among University Students: A Brief Discussion

思想政治教育机制的形式可分为层次性、形式性和功能性三种形式。在新的历史条件下,我们在注重宏观式机制的同时,必须进一步强化微观机制的运行。在行政性机制中尽可能渗透指导性服务性机制。从功能的发挥上,强化激励互动式机制,减少制约机制。

The form of the mechanism for ideological and political education can be divided into 3 types： hierarchy, formalization and functionality. Under the new historical conditions, while we focus on macro-mechanism, it is imperative to further strengthen the operation of micro-mechanism. The guiding mechanism is to be placed into the administrative mechanism as far as possible. In the performance of the function, interactive mechanism is to be enhanced and motivated, while restrained mechanism is to be reduced.
