校园文化的本质意义和最高价值在于促进人格的发展。校园文化是以精神文化为核心,制度文化、物质文化为基础的同心圆结构。目前高校校园文化建设,不论是物质文化方面,还是精神文化和制度文化方面,都取得了很大的成绩,但仍存在各种问题。对于高校校园文化的建设,应当抓好以下几点环节:科学地对校园文化的内容进行定位;宣传校园文化的功能,并贯彻落实;积极强化校园文化各要素,并持之以恒。
