我国知识产权教育的现状及对策思考

Education on Intellectual Property Rights in China:The Present Conditions and Counter-plans

党的十七大报告明确把到2020年进入创新型国家行列当作全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标之一。面向全民的知识产权教育对建设创新型国家具有重要意义。我国的有关职能部门、学校和社会,都为知识产权教育做了许多工作,但仍存在重视不够、教育内容不全面等问题,我们应该采取政府部门牵头领导、拓宽教育普及面、构建知识产权教育体系等措施来加强知识产权教育。

In the report to the 17th National Congress of the CPC. it is explicitly regarded as one of the Chinese objectives to proceed to be one of the innovative countries by 2020. The nation-wide education on Intellectual Property Rights has great significance in building an innovational country.The relevant functional departments, schools and saciety of our country have done much work toward the education of IPR. However, the problems still exist, such as the lack of attention or comprehensive content regarding the education of IPR. Therefore, we should take some measures as follows： 1. Encourage the relevant governmental departments to provide the necessary leadeship. 2. Enlarge the range of education and its popularizing percentage. 3. Establish the educational system to provide a broader knowledge base of IPR.
