机载雷达天馈单元自动测试系统的研究和设计

摘要 为了满足批产雷达天馈单元的测试要求,提高工作效率,需要设计一种新的测试方案。此测试方案应具有通用性、易用性,可以满足各种天馈单元及其组件的测试需求。介绍了一种以计算机控制仪表,实现机载雷达天馈单元自动测试的软硬件组成,着重讨论了该系统的设计方案,给出了该系统的设计硬件结构图、软件流程图,以及实现此系统的优点。在实际的测试过程中,能减少测试人员,缩短测试时间,提高工作效率。 In order to meet the requirements of test to antenna elements of airborne radar, and to enhance the working efficiency, design a new test scheme is needed. The test scheme should provides generality and usability, so as to meet the requirements of all kinds of antenna elements. The design of an automatic test system for antenna elements of airborne radar is introduced, including the composition of hardware platform and software platform. The design method of the automatic test system is emphasized. The designed hardware structure diagram and software flowchart of this system are presented. And the advantages of the system are pointed out.
