Logistics is the liaison between supply and demand, which uses the carrier service as the vehicle to complete the goods movement in both time and space. Express Delivery Service is a specialized sector in traditional logistics, which develops the potential needs for small goods transportation while improving the optimization and justification of logistical economic structure. The paper systemically studied the logistics system, business strategy, and market competition of Japan Express Delivery Service industry, and analyzed its development tendency, which can be the reference for rapid developing China Express Delivery Service market.
