本文简要地回顾了半导体自旋电子学中自旋流在自旋轨道耦合系统中的导出,指出其存在争议的问题.随后分析了近年来对自旋流定义的讨论,包括自旋密度,自旋流算符,流守恒方程等的各种修正,最后列举了一些暂时避开自旋流定义去讨论物理过程的技巧。

The derivation of spin current and the problems of this definition in semiconductor spintronics are reviewed, including the corrections on spin density, the operator of spin current, the continuity equation and some techniques to investigate the physics without exact knowledge of the definition of spin current.
