摘要
目的:建立清利合剂的质量控制标准,更好地控制该产品的质量。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别清利合剂中主药当归、栀子、牡丹皮,以反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确;黄芩苷在0.8160μg~4.0800μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率(n=5)为99.5%,RSD=0.57%。结论:本质量标准所用方法准确可靠,可行性及重现性良好,能有效地控制清利合剂的质量。
Objective:To establish quality control standards of Qingli mixture.Method:Angelica,gardenia and cortex moutan in Qingli mixture were identified by TLC,the content of baicalin in the radix of scutellariae was determined by RP-HPLC.Results :The method of identification was specific, the quantitative method was simple,accurate.The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.816 0μg-4.080 0 μg for baicalin,r= 0.999 4.The average recovery was 99.5%(n=5),RSD was 0.57%.Conclusion:Two methods are accurate,reliable with good feasibility and repeatability, can be used to control the quality of Qingli mixture.
