作为"九叶"诗人的辛笛,其最显著的艺术特征即是以"瞬间印象"的感悟方式来抒写"生命形式"。在辛笛的诗中,感觉、感情与知性、理念是相互交融的。他的大多数诗,偏重感性,有时知性甚至"退居"言外,构成言外之旨,这类诗可以称之为感性诗或情感诗。但其感情不是直接抒发出来,而是将感情、情绪渗入诗中,又注意内敛,使情感、理念处于明晰与含蓄之间,造成了观念与情感内涵上的多样性、多义性,由此他的诗歌充满了"感性"与"智性"的有机统一。

X in Di is one of the ＂nine leaves＂ poets. The most remarkable characteristic of his poems is the expression of ＂the life form＂ by the manner of ＂moment impression＂. In the poems of Xin Di, feeling, sensation,intellectuality and mind are digested. The most of his poems over -emphasize sensation,and sometimes the sense even retreat outside. This kind of poems can be called emotional poems. The emotion filters into the poems, but still pays attention to connotation. That results in diversty of the idea and the emotion variety. Tbus there is filled with coherence and harmony between sensitive faculty and intellectuality in his verse.
