摘要急性肾功能衰竭（acute renal failure、ARF）是一组由多种原因引起肾小球滤过率在几小时到几天内急剧下降，体内代谢产物潴留，水、电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱的临床综合征。ARF的病因一般分为：肾前性、肾实质性和肾后性三类。
