笑气吸入在分娩镇痛中的应用

The Clinical Use of Laughing Gas Inhalation in Delivery Analgesia

目的寻找一种安全有效,简便易行的分娩方式。方法将130例单胎头位、足月临产的初产妇分两组。其中,研究组66例,在产程中间断吸入50%笑气与50%氧气的混合气体;对照组64例,在产程中间断吸入氧气,观察两组产妇镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、羊水情况、分娩失血量、新生儿窒息率、笑气吸入的副反应。结果研究组产妇分娩镇痛效果,剖宫产率与对照组比较,差异有显著性P<0.05;产程时间、羊水情况、新生儿窒息率、产时出血量,两组比较差异无显著性P>0.05;对照组无明显头晕等副作用。结论笑气吸入对分娩镇痛效果确切,对母婴无不良影响,是安全有效、简便易行的分娩镇痛方法。

Objective To look for one kind of safe effective simple and easy feasible analgesia method for delivery. Methods 130 patients with single embryo head position, term in labor primiparae were devided into two groups. Among them, the study group with 66 examples were inhaling commixture of 50% laughing gas and 50% oxygen during labor stages to carry out for labor pain;the control group with 64 examples were inhaling oxygen disconnectedly. The effect of analgesia, duration of labor, the mode of delivery, arnniotic fluid condition , labor losing blood, the rate of neonatal asphyxia and aside effection of gas were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of the effect on analgesias and the rate of cesarean section is obvious between two groups（P〈0.05）. The difference that duration of labor, amniotic fluid condition, the rate of neonatal asphyxia and labor blood have no notable（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclu- sion The laughing gas inhaling to labor analgesia has the definite effect. There is no harmful effects to baby and mother. It is a safe and effective, simple and easy analgesia method.
