放置花式宫内节育器跟踪观察

Clinical Observation of Hcu280 IUD with Inserting

目的观察新型宫内节育器(HCu280)的临床使用效果。方法以2005年8月以来所有自愿要求放置Hcu 280 IUD 220例及TCu 220 IUD 220例为观察对象,作临床效果对比。结果放置满12个月时,HCu 280脱落率低,妊娠率低,副反应少,累计续用率高。结论证明HCu 280安全实用,抗生育效应强,值得推广使用。

Obstrctive To observe the clinical effect of Hcu280 IUD. Methods To compare the clinical effects of 220 cases of those who voluntarily placed HCu280IUD and those who voluntarily placed Tcu 220 IUD from August 2005 to now. Results At the end of the 12th month, it can be seen that HCu 280 is characterized with lower rate of falling, lower rate of pregnancy, less side-effect, and higher rate of accumulatively continuing use. Conlusion There proved that HCu280 is worth being widdy promoted because of its safe and practical performance and strong anti - fertility effect.
