摘要
加快创新外经贸发展的体制和机制是新形势下发展外向型经济的内在要求,也是实施对外开放的两个基本战略"引进来"和"走出去"的具体保障。武汉如何进行外经贸体制和机制的创新,也是进一步提升对外开放水平的迫切要求。为此,进行了有益的探讨,提供了决策的依据。
To accelerate the City＇s pace of opening up to the outside , innovation is must. The paper offers some ideas about innovation on the system and mechanism of foreign economy and trade in Wuhan city.
