针对我院在英语在职培训方面存在的不足,结合教育心理学知识,并借鉴国内外其他先进培训模式,提出了一些建议。

Creativity can be best presented and developed only on the condition of ＂psychologist security and freedom ＂. In terms of on-job English training , as long as trainers and trainees are ＂psychologically secure and free ＂ simultaneously , activity can be implemented effectively.
