摘要
针对我院在英语在职培训方面存在的不足,结合教育心理学知识,并借鉴国内外其他先进培训模式,提出了一些建议。
Creativity can be best presented and developed only on the condition of "psychologist security and freedom ". In terms of on-job English training , as long as trainers and trainees are "psychologically secure and free " simultaneously , activity can be implemented effectively.
