微波、γ-干扰素及中医中药联合治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

The Observation on Combine Treatment of Genital Condyloma Cuminate by Means of Microwave γ-IFN and Chinese Medicine

目的观察采用微波、γ-干扰素及中医中药联合治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法选用2004年7月--2007年12月在我院门诊就医的尖锐湿疣患者120例。根据治疗方法不同分为三组，A组30例，单纯用微波治疗烧去疣体；B组42例，先用γ-干扰素疣体基底部局部封闭，再用微波烧去疣体；C组：48例，γ-干扰素基底部封闭，微波去除疣体后，加用中药内服外洗治疗。结果三组疗效比较，B组优于A组、C组优于B组，C组与A组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。三组复发率的比较，B组与A组、C组与B组比较复发率明显降低（P〈0．05），C组与A组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论采用微波、γ-干扰素及中医中药联合治疗尖锐湿疣，疗效显著，无复发，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the microwave,γ- IFN and Chinese medicine in the treatment of genital condyloma cuminate effect. Methods July 2004 December 2006 in our hospital out - patient treatment of condylomata acuminate with 120 case. According to different treatment methods were divided into three groups. A group of 30 patients, treated only by microwave to burn the wart body; B progenitor 42 cases, use ofγ-IFN- wart body at the bottom of the partial closure,and then burn off the wart body microwave; C Scetion 48 cases, γ-IFN - wart body at the bottom of the partial closure, microwave burned the wart body, the Chinese Herbs, plus washing treatment. Results Comparison of three groups, group B than in group A, group C than groupa B, C and A, P〈 0.05, there were singnificant differences, and the recurrence rate of the three groups, the B and A, B and C recurrence rate comparison decreased singnificantly, P〈 0.05, there were singnificant differences, C and A, P 〈 0.01, a wery singnificant difference. Conlusion microwave,Chinese medicine and r- interferon efficacy in the treatment of condylomata acuminate singnificantly, without recurrence, it is worth clinical application.
