摘要
介绍了一种基于VB和松下PLC控制的摩擦力测试仪,重点介绍了摩擦力测试仪的控制系统。该系统包括了位移与摩擦力的数据采集和处理、PC与PLC的串行通信、位移与摩擦力的关系曲线的绘制等功能,硬件简单,使用简便,对于类似的中小型控制系统有较广的推广价值。
This paper introduces a testing equipment for testing friction base on the control of VB and Panasonic PLC, especially the control system . This system includes the functions of Data acquisition Data processing, curve drawing and the communicattion between PC and PLC.This solution has simple hardware structure and is flexible.It has extensive reference value for mediate or minim control system .
