利用草莓试管苗托叶再生植株 被引量:1

摘要 利用脱毒草莓试管苗叶柄基部的托叶在“MS+6-BA 1.0~2.0 mg.L^-1”培养基上不经过愈伤组织阶段,直接再生了草莓试管植株,植株再生率达100%,每个托叶最高分化试管苗数达12.5株;提高了脱毒草莓试管苗的继代增殖倍数,提高了脱毒草莓试管种质材料的利用率,降低了脱毒草莓试管苗的成本。 The shoots have been reproduced directly from stipules of virus-elimination strawberry in the"MS+ 6- BA 1, 0~2.0 mg. L^-1 "medium in vitro,the percentage of shoots regeneration was 100% and the highest number of shoots reproduced from stipules of virus-elimination strawberry was 12.5(stub/stipule) ;the reproduction percentage of virus-elimination strawberry in vitro was been increased, the material utilization of vlrus-elimination strawberry in vitro was increased and the production costs was reduced.
