摘要
介绍了50PG-28型射流式自吸喷灌泵的工作原理,分析了该泵自吸性能不足的原因,通过理论分析和试验研究,提出了一种新型的泵腔结构形式:在正导叶的基础上增设反导叶,新的泵腔结构改变了流体方向,减少了流体对泵壳的冲击损失,并可以有效地消除泵腔的速度环量,使气水分离速度加快,泵的自吸性能得到提高.设计了7个喷嘴并进行了自吸性能试验,找出了与泵匹配的最佳喷嘴设计方案,对泵做了全性能试验.试验结果表明,自吸时间比机械行业标准的规定值缩短了42 s,泵的效率比国家标准的规定值提高了11.1%,重量比传统自吸喷灌泵减轻了20%.新型泵腔结构形式比原泵腔结构形式在水力性能及自吸性能方面均有所提高.
advantages Operating principle of 50PG-28 self-suction sprinkler irrigation jet pump is discussed. The disin self-suction pumps are pointed out based on theoretical analysis and experimental study. A new pump cavity structure was presented, with negative guide blades added on positive ones. Consequently, the liquid direction was changed, the concussion to the pump case was reduced, and the current circulation of pump cavity was eliminated effectively. Thus, the velocity for separating liquid and air was increased and the self-suction capability of the pump was improved. Seven fluidic hardware nozzles were designed and their self-suction capability and pump performance experiments were done to find the best coupling scheme between nozzles and pumps. The test results indicate that the self-suction time is reduced by 42 seconds below the standard value; the efficiency is increased by 11.1% above the national standard; and the weight is 20% lighter than the traditional self-suction pump. The self-suction capability and waterpower performance are improved according to the test results.
