摘要
通过引入企业家机会要素重新界定的企业家社会资本,其内涵是指调动企业家关系网络中的社会资源,以获取企业家机会的能力。从该定义中剖析出企业家关系网络、企业家社会资源、企业家机会战略三个构成因子。在新经济背景下,运用结构洞理论详细阐述了相应的影响因子,包括结构自治、非冗余联系、第三方战略。
The soul of entrepreneur is innovation, which means finding new opportunities and making up new combinations. This article introduces the key element--entrepreneurial opportunity into the concept of entrepreneurial social capital and redefines it. It is the ability to maneuver the social resources in the networks to achieve the entrepreneurial opportunity. Three component factors are obtained from dissecting the concept: entrepreneurial social networks, entrepreneurial social resources, and entrepreneurial opportunity strategies. In the background of New Economy, we apply the Theory of Structural Holes to expatiate upon the relevant influence factors including structural autonomy, nonredundant contacts and tertiary strategies. On the basis of this, we probe into the correlation between influence factors and component factors, and form the structural model for influence mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital in the light of the Structural Holes Theory .
