昆明产业结构的现状分析及调整对策的思考

Analysis on Present Situation of Kunming Enterprises Structure and Thinking about Adjusting Countermeasures

昆明产业结构现状呈现3种转换态势,即全面发展态势,重点以第三产业为主的商贸旅游业发展态势和新型工业加速、第三产业处于稳步发展态势。昆明产业发展有4大特点:1.产业结构逐步调整优化,三次产业比例趋于合理;2.新型工业化得到大力推进,推进城市化水平显著提高;3.服务型经济持续扩张,成为未来产业发展的方向;4.现代物流业已初具规模。但昆明产业中粗放型农业仍未改变,其工业产品结构和技术水平还较低,而服务业仍处于不成熟期。为此,应采取发展高端产业、创新体制、合理布局、改善生态环境和注重人才资源培养等方面的对应措施。

There appear three transferring situations in the structure of Kunming enterprises, namely, comprehensively developing situation; Commercial tourist developing situation based mainly on the third enterprise; Speed-up new model industry and stable developing situation of the third enterprises. The development in Kunming enterprises possesses four characteristics： 1. Progressive adjustment and optimization of the enterprise structure, the percentage of the third enterprises tends to be reasonable. 2. Pushing forward greatly the new model industry and increasing obviously the level of the urbanization. 3. Continuously enlarging service-style economy becomes the way to the future enterprises. 4. Modem commodity interflowing enterprise has just come into scale. But the extensive farming still exists with low level of product structure and technology. Service enterprises still stay at immature stage. So, corresponding measures must be carried out to develop high-level enterprises, to innovate the system and rational distribution, to change ecological environment and Dav attention to fostering the useful people.
