Specialty structure of higher education indicates the development level of a country＇ s economy and society, the division of labors and industrial structure. By describing and analyzing the reforms of specialty structure of the USA, the UK, the USSR and Germany, whereby this paper puts forth some enlightenment for the reform of specialty structure of other country＇ s higher education.
