改善中药挥发油稳定性的制剂学研究进展

Advances in pharmaceutical studies on improvement of stability of volatile oils of Chinese materia medica

查阅近年来中药挥发油稳定性研究的相关文献,综述改善挥发油稳定性的制剂学进展。中药挥发油药理作用明确,主要采用包合物及微载体技术改善其稳定性,研究手段基于环糊精包合物、微囊、微乳、脂质体及纳米粒等给药系统。挥发油经微载体包封后,稳定性明显提高,有利于进一步的制剂研制和药效发挥。

The recent puhlished researches on the advance in pharmaceutics-related stability improvement for volatile oils of Chinese materia medica are reviewed. Although volatile oils have the believahle pharmacological effects, their poor stability is always troublesome. Measures taken to improve their stability are mainly focused on inclusion or micro carrier technology, such as drug delivery systems using cyclodextrin inclusions, mierocapsules, micro-emulsion, liposomes and nanoparticles. The stability of encapsulated volatile oils can be increased markedly, which might be valuable for further formulation study and exertion of medicinal functions.
